RERA - Real Estate Intelligence

Rera Assist is an end-to-end RERA Consultant providing advisory and consulting services related to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). RERA is a law passed by the Indian government to regulate the real estate sector and protect the interests of homebuyers. The act establishes state-level Real Estate Regulatory Authorities (RERAs) to oversee the sector and ensure transparency and accountability in real estate transactions.

Rera Assist assists both developers and homebuyers in complying with the provisions of the act.

For developers, we help with project registration, compliance with disclosure requirements, and adherence to construction timelines. For homebuyers, we assist with verifying project details, obtaining necessary approvals and registrations, and resolving disputes with developers.

Rera Assist also assists in drafting and reviewing legal agreements and conducting due diligence on real estate projects. Our mission is to ensure that the real estate sector operates in a transparent and accountable manner, benefiting both developers and homebuyers a like.
