iii) Commencement Certificate/NA order for plotted development
Upload the legible all complete documents of Commencement certificate issued by
competent authority.
Upload Revalidated CC / plinth completion / (As it is more than one-year-old and
work is not started).
If CC is not in the name of promoter, kindly add revised CC, in the name of
promoter / Development Agreement & POA with Landowner.
iv) Declaration about Commencement Certificate
Upload status of plan and CC of buildings as per sanctioned layout/ plan / CC in
tabular form.
Upload Declaration about CC in Format-D on promoter letter head with sign and
stamp image, as per circular No.32 dated,07/06/2021
v) Declaration in FORM B
Upload Notarized Affidavit cum declaration on Rs. 100 stamp paper in Form B Sr.
No. 3 mentioning date of completion (DD/MM/YYYY as mentioned in project and
building details) as per RERA format only. Don’t add or reduce any points.
